The working principle of a hydraulic gear motor is to convert hydraulic energy into mechanical energy.
When hydraulic oil enters the hydraulic gear motor, the plunger is subjected to pressure and the pressure oil is transferred to the inside of the housing through the end cover. At this time, the gear shaft rotates under the action of hydraulic pressure, converting hydraulic energy into mechanical energy, thereby driving the load to rotate. Hydraulic gear motors are divided into two types: internal gear and external gear. The internal gear motor is composed of a housing, an internal gear and a transmission shaft, while the external gear motor is composed of a housing, a transmission shaft, a movable gear and a needle gear. When hydraulic oil enters the motor, the movable gear and the needle gear can mesh with each other through the pressure of the hydraulic oil, thereby driving the transmission shaft to rotate.
