The working principle of the gear oil pump is as follows:
1. A gear pump is a pump used to transport oil. The pump body has a pair of meshing gears, one is the driving gear and the other is the passive gear.
2. Due to the meshing of two gears, the working chamber of the pump is divided into two independent parts, one side is the suction chamber and the other side is the discharge chamber.
3. When the gear oil pump works, the driving gear rotates the driven gear, and when the gear meshes and disengages, a partial vacuum is formed on the suction side, and the liquid is sucked in.
4. The sucked liquid fills the gear and is brought to the discharge side. When the gear enters mesh, the liquid is compressed to form a high-pressure liquid and is discharged from the pump through the discharge port of the pump.
