Preparation before installation: check whether the pump body, gear and other parts are damaged, clean them with kerosene and apply lubricating oil. Confirm that the motor steering is consistent with the pump steering marking, and prepare appropriate installation tools and sealing materials.

Installation Steps:

Positioning installation: The pump is installed horizontally on the frame, and preliminarily fixed by positioning pins or bolts to ensure that the coaxiality error with the motor shaft is ≤0.1mm, so as to avoid abnormal wear caused by eccentricity.
Pipeline connection: the suction pipe should be as short as possible and well sealed, and the diameter of the pipe should not be less than the diameter of the pump inlet to avoid air leakage and air suction; The press-out pipe needs to be equipped with a globe valve and a pressure gauge, and the pipeline needs to be firmly supported to reduce vibration.
Sealing treatment: Apply sealant evenly at the flange or interface, avoid distortion when installing the sealing ring, and ensure that there is no leakage at the connection.
Motor connection: Use an elastic coupling to connect the pump to the motor, adjust the clearance to the specified value (usually 2-3mm), tighten the coupling bolts and lock and prevent loosening.

Commissioning and inspection: After the installation is completed, manually turn the car to confirm that there is no jamming; Inject the hydraulic oil to the middle of the oil standard, jog the motor to observe the steering and oil flow, listen to whether there is any abnormal sound during operation, check the tightness of each interface, and ensure that the temperature and pressure of the pump body are normal.
